You purchased a system and have a question about your order:
  • When will my order ship?
    Your order is shipped out the same business day if made by 12pm EST. Otherwise, it'll ship out the next business day. You'll receive an email with a tracking number when it ships.
  • Can you change the shipment to not have signature confirmation?
    All our shipments are shipped with signature confirmation to prevent theft. However, you can enroll in the UPS My Choice program to reroute/reschedule your shipment or have it held at a customer pickup center.
You received your order and have a question about your system:
  • Where are the manuals and software/driver discs?
    Dell no longer ship laptops with manuals or software/driver discs. The good news is you can get all this online.
  • Why is there cosmetic damage on my system?
    We sell items in sealed packaging directly from Dell so we're not able to know the exact condition of the systems we sell. Some items have very minor cosmetic blemishes, but if you feel that the damage you're seeing is extreme let us know.
  • How do I transfer my warranty?
    You don't actually need to transfer your warranty unless something goes wrong and you can always transfer it at any time. If you want to transfer it immediately, you can submit a transfer request online. The original owner is "Racine North" and the original zip code is "19702".
  • I changed my mind and don't want my system. Can I return it?
    You can return your system it within 21 days of your order date. Return shipping is free, but there is a 10% restocking fee which helps us cover the cost of shipping.
You starting using your system and you ran into a problem:
  • My power adapter/cable is missing or the wrong type. How do I get the right one?
    Let us know and we can contact Dell on your behalf and have it shipped right to you.
  • My computer won't boot or has a serious problem. What do I do?
    If you'd like to keep it, you can contact Dell via online chat to have someone come to your house to replace any non-functioning parts for free. Note, when you contact them be sure to tell them the original owner is "Racine North" and the original zip code is "19702" so they can instantly transfer the warranty to you. Alternatively, you can return it for a full refund (if you're within the 21 day return window).
